Before co‑founding OnPoint Integrated Health & Advanced Psychiatry, I built my career in transportation leadership — managing teams, logistics, compliance, and operations. I understood efficiency. I understood systems. But as a patient navigating the healthcare system, I experienced something very different.

I’ve sat in exam rooms where providers barely looked up from the computer. Where appointments felt transactional instead of personal. Where my questions were shortened because the schedule was full. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’ve also experienced moments where I felt judged instead of respected. I left healthcare visits feeling unseen, unheard, and undervalued.

That experience changed me.

I am not a clinician — I am a patient advocate. I am someone who understands how fragmented healthcare, rushed appointments, and stigma can damage trust. I co‑founded OnPoint because I wanted to help create an integrated mental health, primary care, and addiction treatment practice where patients are treated with dignity, compassion, and equality.

My background in supervisory and operations management allows me to build systems that support efficiency, continuity of care, and a welcoming patient experience. My lived experience ensures those systems have empathy at their core.

At OnPoint Integrated Health & Advanced Psychiatry, we believe in trauma‑informed care, LGBTQIA+ affirming healthcare, integrated psychiatry and primary care, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction treatment. My role is to ensure that from the first phone call to every follow‑up appointment, patients feel safe, respected, and valued.

Because I’ve been the person watching the clock from the exam table — hoping someone would simply listen.

My mission is to help bridge the gap in healthcare. To make sure every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered. Not rushed. Not dismissed. Not invisible.
