We align estradiol, testosterone, progesterone, and adjunct medications with your broader health profile, including mood, anxiety, ADHD, substance use history, and cardiometabolic risk. Dosing and lab intervals are transparent and collaborative, not paternalistic.

When appropriate, we offer clinical documentation and letters of support for gender-affirming surgeries, name and marker changes, or workplace and academic accommodations.
